He’s my P🌻cket full of sunshine! Had something to get off my chest today. Something I wanted to share with you guys. I’m a worrier. I have have social anxieties. It may not show, and on IG, it’s easy to put out your, best you. I’m not alone. Did you know that over 30 million adults live with anxiety disorders. You know what’s helped? Watching how Scout approaches life. He lives for today, doesn’t worry about yesterday or what’s to come. He’s in the present. He reminds me to enjoy today. He doesn’t allow excuses to get in the way. He finds joy in the smallest of pleasures. Discovering a stick on a walk, enjoying the new smells along the way, riding with his head out the car window, meeting a stranger, giving a hug or a simple belly rub! He doesn’t build up walls, but encourages love and affection. As a human, I can easily build up walls, he’s constantly breaking them down. I believe they know their time here is short, they would rather enjoy it then worry and they live like today might be their last. Believe me, I still worry and have my struggles, but life is so more joyful with this guy in it. I’m sure many of you feel the exact same way. So today, I thank this guy, my constant sunshine.
